TROY, NY (NEWS10) -- The two seed in the Class A Capital Division was up for grabs on Friday night. Amsterdam hosted Troy, with the winner clinching the two seed and a home playoff game in the opening round of sectionals.

The Rams took a 6-0 lead on a Luis Tirado quarterback keeper. But the quarterback on the other side soon took over. Troy's Kyair Carr tallied four first half rushing touchdowns, as the Flying Horses led 26-12 at the break. Troy held on from there, on the way to a 34-28.

With the win, Troy clinches their first home playoff game in five years. The Flying Horses will host Burnt Hills in the opening round of sectionals, while the Rams will visit Ballston Spa.
