LOS ANGELES – The last time the Los Angeles Lakers squared off against the Minnesota Timberwolves, it was during last season’s playoffs when the Lakers were eliminated in five games. It was a disappointing end of the Lakers who had grabbed a top-three seed in the Western Conference. But following the Lakers’ 128-110 win on Friday in their rematch against the Timberwolves , Luka Doncic admitted that he wasn’t concerned with last season’s playoffs.

“I honestly didn’t. I always say last year was really tough for me. I just want to forget about that season, trying to move on,” Doncic said. “I didn’t really think about that first round series just because it’s the second game. We’re going to meet them two or three more times, it’s going to be a war every time we play.”
