SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Ballston Spa football team dropped its first Grasso Division clash to Queensbury back in Week 4, and hasn't lost a divisional game since.

Ballston Spa closed out its regular season Friday night with a third straight divisional victory, taking down South Glens Falls, 22-6. The Scotties improved to 3-1 within the Grasso, securing the league's No. 2 seed and an opening-round home game in the Section 2, Class A playoffs.

After South Glens Falls scored a touchdown on its opening possession, Ballston Spa rattled off 22 unanswered points. Jacob Thomas got the Scotties on the board at the 3:28 mark of the second quarter with a 14-yard touchdown run. Mason Lang provided the PAT, giving the visitors a 7-6 advantage, which they took with them into halftime.
