A Mumbai-based entrepreneur shared his frustration online after a job applicant allegedly ghosted him despite spending two full days in the hiring process. His LinkedIn post soon went viral, sparking a debate on workplace etiquette and communication.

In a post shared on LinkedIn, Kiran Shah, founder of the food and beverage retail company Go Zero, wrote, “A candidate vanished after two full days of my time. After my viral post searching for an EIR, I went through a pool of a thousand candidates. One of them, a bright and confident woman, almost made it.”
