JAMMU: Prof Hari Om released his autobiography “Behind The Curtain, Beneath The Noise” on Saturday. It – apart from dealing with the author’s journey from Kashmir Ceramics Kathua to Jammu University – throws light on his role in the 1998 Jammu revolt, which brought the Farooq Abdullah Government to the Jammu’s knees. It also deals with the author’s association with the BJP and the RSS and the nature of relations with them, his struggle for Jammu State/trifurcation solution, his role in the political developments and the circumstances leading to the Amarnath Land Movement, which led to the collapse of the Ghulam Nabi Azad Government in July 2008.
