Re the article ″ At VCE time, parents, you need to chill ″ (25/10), from years of preparing my own children and now one of my grandchildren for this final exam period, I would add to the list of tips suggested by Headspace. Food is not only nourishment of the body but also nourishment for the soul. Have available a plentiful supply of nutritious foods and serve timely meals that you know your child enjoys. Keep discussion of study and exams well off the agenda during these meals. This is a way to truly support you
