Melissa was still a tropical storm early this morning, but will soon become a hurricane...and a dangerous hurricane with life-threatening flooding impacting parts of the Caribbean.

Melissa is expected to rapidly intensify into a Category 4 storm by Monday and impact Jamaica with flooding rains, winds to 150mph and a dangerous storm
