Nagpur : The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced an increase in examination fees for students appearing in Std X and Std XII exams, citing financial strain and rising operational costs.

Starting this academic year, the examination fee for Std X students has been raised by ₹100 to ₹420, while Std XII students will now pay ₹470 — an increase of ₹170. This marks the third exam fee hike by the board in recent years.
