ROTTERDAM — Rotterdam will have a revamped Town Board following this year’s election that sees four candidates vying for two open seats.

Town Board members Jack Dodson and Joseph Mastroianni opted not to seek reelection along with Supervisor Mollie Collins, clearing the way for a whole new board.
