Virat Kohli was all praise for his long-time batting partner Rohit Sharma after the duo finished off the third ODI of the India-Australia series together with an unbeaten 168-run partnership at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Saturday (October 25). Kohli said he has ‘really enjoyed’ batting with Rohit over the years, throughout their changing roles from young big-hitters to now the most experienced in the team.
After the nine-wicket win, broadcaster Adam Gilchrist asked Kohli about their chemistry, and the Indian credited it to a common understanding of the game. He said it began with the 2013 series against Australia at home, adding that with time, even opposition teams realized the impact they could have together.
