WARROAD, Minn. — An upcoming open house is part of an effort by Northland Community and Technical College to promote its programs and locations.
The event will be held at Northland’s Advanced Resource Center for Innovation and Education in Warroad. Kim Hruba, program manager at the site, said more people show up every time the site hosts an event, and she’s looking for good attendance this time, too.
“We take up a whole block of real estate, yet people don’t know that we’re there,” she said. “ARC is one of those spaces that, locally, the community’s been curious about.”
The open house is scheduled for 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 28. High school students and parents, homeschool families, working professionals, adult learners, families of current students and community members are invited to
