BROOKLYN, New York (WABC) -- A man was slashed in the face on the subway Saturday morning in Brooklyn.
Police say this happened on the northbound Q line in the area of1800 Church Avenue near St. Paul's Place at 6:30 a.m.
They believe the incident was unprovoked.
The 37-year-old victim was transported to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.
Police say the suspect is male and was last seen wearing a navy-blue jacket, black shorts and white sneakers before he fled the station.
