A pretty day today before our next weather maker moves in tomorrow, bringing some much needed rain and the possibility for a few thunderstorms.
Although a little chilly this morning in the low 50s, we are looking to have a beautiful day across the Tennessee Valley. Highs will sit in the mid 70s under partly cloudy skies.
More unsettled weather is likely through midweek with cooler weather settling in through Halloween and into early November.
Sunday will be a rainy one, with a swath of widespread rain and a few embedded thunderstorms moving through the Shoals in the morning. This rain will gradually inch towards of the I-65 Corridor by early afternoon, and finally into Sand Mountain by late afternoon. Temperatures will be held down in the low 60s.
