Christopher Hennebery’s grandfather was an artist. His mother was an artist as well.
o naturally, when he graduated from high school, he enrolled at Emily Carr University of Art and Design. But while studying and mastering different artistic mediums, he also began what would become a four-decade career in the military.
After years of service, travelling the globe and facing difficult scenarios, he rekindled his passion for art – something that helped him heal from his past.
“For me, art has always been a very personal experience, but I also found it very useful for helping me deal with stress, anxiety and some of the experiences that you go through in the military,” he said.
