After moving into a new apartment, a tenant opened the kitchen cabinets to put away their belongings—what they found inside has left internet users horrified.
In a now-viral Reddit post, shared on Wednesday under the username @Doodleyfish, the tenant explained that they moved into their new apartment on October 1.
It was only after unpacking some 90 percent of their things and building their new furniture, that they made their gruesome discovery.
“I wanted to decorate my kitchen and put stuff on top of my cabinets. When I took a peek at them, I saw they were covered in dead cockroaches. I guess the previous tenant had a roach problem... and a mouse problem!" the poster wrote.
