CINCINNATI —
The Cincinnati Fire Department says that they were called to the scene of a fire at an apartment complex in downtown Cincinnati.
Firefighters were first dispatched to the scene at Fourth & Plum Apartments at 3:10 a.m. The apartment complex is located at 231 West Fourth Street. Advertisement
According to CFD, the fire could be seen coming from the building's roof upon arrival.
Firefighters later found the roof decking material to have caught fire, and took approximately two hours to extinguish it.
No injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
CFD estimates that the damage done to the building will cost approximately $150,000 to repair.
Only one of the building's residents is reported to be impacted by the damage caused by the fire.
