Strictly Come Dancing star Balvinder Sopal has opened up about having ‘meltdowns’ as she made a ‘heart sank’ admission.

The popular 46-year-old actress is best known for playing the role of Suki Panesar-Unwin on the BBC soap EastEnders since 2020.

Balvinder quickly became a fan favourite on the programme, with fans rooting for Suki’s romance with Heather Peace’s Eve Panesar-Unwin.

It’s been a difficult period for Balvinder and Australian professional dancer Julian Caillon on Strictly , with the pair having been in the dance-off two weeks in a row.

The duo initially survived movie week, where they were in the bottom two for the first time with ITV Lorraine star Ross King and Jowita Przystal.
