A house in Passaic that sold for $1.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Passaic area between Oct. 6 and Oct. 19.

During the past two weeks, a total of 11 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $659,454. The average price per square foot was $365.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 6 to the week of Oct. 19 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
