Jeff Bezos is officially cutting ties with the city that built his empire. The Amazon founder has sold his Seattle mansion for a staggering $63 million, according to Puget Sound Business Journal — a transaction that says just as much about his real estate portfolio as it does about his post-wedding priorities with Lauren Sánchez.

Bezos bought the Hunts Point estate back in 2019 for $37.5 million. Five years, one cross-country move, and a very public relationship later, he walked away with more than $25 million in profit. The property sits on Lake Washington in King County, about seven miles from Amazon HQ — the same HQ Bezos now seems in no rush to orbit.
