Chelsea were shocked at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon as Sunderland claimed a remarkable late win.

The newly-promoted Black Cats stunned Enzo Maresca 's side, winning 2-1 after a dramatic stoppage-time winner.

And the goal from Chemsidine Tailbi exposed an embarrassing Premier League record that the Blues have extended.

Chelsea have now conceded five goals to opposition substitutes in the league this season, more than any other team.

Tailbi is the latest player to come off the bench and punish Maresca's men, following on from Danny Welbeck .

Welbeck netted twice in stoppage time when Brighton came away from Stamford Bridge 3-1 winners in September.
