Trixie, a beloved four-legged visitor at Ridgeland Place Senior Living in Ridgeland, Mississippi, has officially earned her certification with Alliance Pet Therapy.

Her owner, Barbara Tuccio, joined residents to hand out treats and cheer on Trixie, who has become a familiar face at Ridgeland Place.

Executive director Michael Ryan said the celebration was a chance to recognize Trixie’s contributions to the community and residents' daily lives.
