A Class 11 student was kidnapped at gunpoint outside a private school in South Delhi’s Greater Kailash area on Thursday afternoon following a quarrel between two student groups. The swift action of the Delhi Police led to the safe rescue of the victim within hours and the detention of four minors, officials said.
According to police, the incident stemmed from an argument earlier in the day between two student groups inside the school. The disagreement allegedly escalated into a planned abduction attempt after school hours.
The victim, a resident of CR Park, told police that the altercation initially involved his classmate and another student. Later, the elder brother of one of the accused reportedly called and threatened the victim and his friends, claiming he had “committed murders befo
