The New York Yankees have a lot of personnel questions heading into next season, with the clock ticking on one of their polarizing stars.
The Yankees had the most potent offense in baseball this season, mashing 274 home runs and scoring 849 runs. New York has decisions to make on some of the star players who led the offense this season, with players like Cody Bellinger and Trent Grisham set to hit free agency. The Yankees also need to make a decision on polarizing All-Star Jazz Chisholm Jr. soon, with the 27-year-old only under contract for one more season.
Though Chisholm has expressed his desire to remain with the Yankees, as he heads into a contract year, the New York Post's Greg Joyce believes that the team won't give him an extension this offseason.
