Brett Waterman, architectural preservationist and host of the Magnolia Network’s “Restored,” will deliver the keynote address at the Salvation Army San Bernardino Corps’ annual Red Kettle Kickoff 5:30 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Bear Springs Hotel’s event center, 27959 Highland Ave., Highland.

“The event marks the official start of the holiday fundraising season for the organization, which provides vital social services to communities throughout the region,” Major Adam Morales, the Salvation Army’s San Bernardino Citadel commander, said in a news release.
