LORDSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)- Firefighters responded to a semi-truck fire on the Ohio Turnpike in Lordstown Saturday afternoon.
Crews and troopers responded to mile marker 216 of the Ohio Turnpike around 1:15 p.m.
OSHP said that the incident was a mechanical fire. The driver made it out safely, according to troopers.
The right lane is shut down while the area is cleared. Traffic is delayed, but drivers are able to get through. Crews and OSHP are at the scene.
