Flagstaff endurance mountain bike standout Pierce Kettering powered to victory in the Stagecoach 100 on Sept. 20, clocking a blistering time of 7 hours and 48 minutes — a full 40 minutes ahead of his nearest challenger.

The win followed his Bear Jaw Groove triumph in August, when Kettering completed seven laps in six hours to secure first place, finishing nearly a full lap ahead of the runner-up.
