A house in Cazenovia that sold for $485,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Madison County between Oct. 11 and Oct. 24.

The county saw a total of 18 residential real estate sales during the past two weeks, averaging $271,898. The average price per square foot was $170.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 11 to the week of Oct. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
