Brandon Montour returned to the Seattle Kraken with a heavy heart after the loss of his brother, Cam, on Monday.

Montour was back in the Kraken lineup at Climate Pledge Arena on Saturday. The 31-year-old defenseman returned from a personal leave of absence and he wore a message right over his heart.

Montour showed up to Saturday's game against the Edmonton Oilers wearing a hoodie that read "Cam Strong" across the front. The team shared a picture of his arrival on social media.

Cameron Noble-Montour, Bandon's older brother, died Monday after a battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, a disease affecting the nervous system more commonly known as ALS. He was 34 years old.

Kraken fans left messages of support for Montour and his family on social media.
