A notorious sexual predator in Shillong, under police scanner for multiple sexual harassment and stalking offences in Laitumkhrah, has been arrested from Mawsynram on Saturday.

The arrested accused has been identified as 42-year-old Tamdorlang Risaw. He was arrested from Nongrah Block II, on October 25.

The arrest followed two FIRs filed on October 15 at Laitumkhrah Police Station, detailing series of incidents from May to October 2025.
