HILLSBORO Ore. (KPTV) - A 64-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly broke into a Hillsboro office building, according to police on Friday.
Shortly after 5:30 a.m., officers with the Hillsboro Police Department were called to an office building on Northeast Elam Young Parkway. Workers said they arrived to find a door propped open and the inside “ransacked,” police said.
The workers stayed outside the building and called the authorities.
When police arrived, they surrounded the building and sent a drone to search inside. The suspect, identified as Thomas Freeman, allegedly did not respond to any commands from officers and did not react to the drone hovering over him.
