Fresh average speed cameras are being rolled out across Birmingham's main roads.
The devices will form part of a new speeding crackdown by council chiefs, which will also see speed limits slashed to 30mph on numerous routes.
They're set to be fitted before the year ends and will leave Birmingham residents facing higher chances of penalties should they flout speeding regulations.
It acts as a caution that reckless and dangerous motorists are increasingly likely to be nabbed and slapped with fines and penalty points.
The speed camera locations include:
A45 Coventry Road (extension of existing operation from Berkeley Road to Bordesley Middleway)
A47 Nechells/Fort Parkway (A4040 ring road to A452 Chester Road)
B4121 West Boulevard (Selcroft Avenue to California Way)
A34 W
