S tudents in Queen Creek Unified District outperformed statewide averages in all subjects on Arizona’s Spring 2025 state assessments for English Language Arts, mathematics, and science.

The results are from tests in ELA and math administered in spring to students in third through eighth grade and 11th grade. Only fifth, eighth and 11th grade students are assessed in science.

Queen Creek students continued to post higher proficiency rates than the state overall, holding steady from their Spring 2024 assessment performance.

This spring, 55% of all Queen Creek students earned a passing grade – meaning a proficient or highly proficient score –in English Language Arts, compared to the statewide passing rate of 40%.
