With Halloween approaching and autumn in full swing, there's no better place to get some fresh air than a local farm, where you can find all the scary and hairy fun you could ask for.
In this episode of Discover the Desert, I took the St. George News crew to Staheli Family Farm for a closer look at the spooky and festive activities on this year's docket.
Owner Sherrie Staheli Tate gave us a tour, starting with the Field of Screams, which is marking a special anniversary.
"It's 20 years of the Field of Screams this year," she said. "I can't even believe we've been doing this for 20 years. This comes from a girl who didn't like Halloween as a child."
Tate said the haunt is bigger and better than ever. The gate is adorned with decorative spider webs, leading to a castle-like entrance.
