DRI officers at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport seized 4.15 kg of hydroponic ganja worth Rs 4.15 crore from a woman arriving from Bangkok. The cannabis was hidden in her luggage’s false bottom. She was arrested under the NDPS Act

Hyderabad: The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence on Saturday seized 4.15 kg of hydroponic ganja valued at Rs 4.15 crore at the RGI Airport.

On specific intelligence, the DRI officials intercepted a passenger coming from Bangkok to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport , Hyderabad.

“On searching her baggage, packets containing greenish substance in lumpy form were recovered, which tested positive for cannabis, and was found inside the false bottom of her luggage bag. A total of 4.15 kg of hydroponic weed was seized and the passenger was arrested
