A sex offender who was erroneously released from prison and subsequently fled to London has been apprehended and arrested.
Hadush Kebatu, 38, received a 12-month prison sentence just weeks ago for sexually assaulting a 14 year old girl and a woman in Essex. He was scheduled for deportation to Ethiopia but was mistakenly released from HMP Chelmsford last Friday, sparking a significant manhunt across the south east.
Kebatu had been residing at the Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex, when he committed his offences, reports the Mirror .
