INDIANAPOLIS — Hundreds of high school students competed at the Bands of America Super Regional Championship in downtown Indianapolis this weekend.

The competing bands traveled to Indianapolis from 11 different states: Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin and Indiana.

The competition was held Friday, Oct. 24 and Saturday, Oct. 25 at Lucas Oil Stadium.

This year, Avon High School was crowned the winner! They won by .650 against Carmel High School.

The 2025 Bands of America Championships season includes 29 events, and ends with the Bands of America Grand National Championships from Nov. 13-15 at Lucas Oil Stadium.
