A Marple chiropractor was sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to repay more than $700,000 to three insurance companies after entering an open guilty plea in May to one count of insurance fraud, a third-degree felony.
“I built trust and respect in Delaware County over many years and now I feel like I let my community down,” Dr. Thomas Graziano told Judge Richard Cappelli at sentencing. “I’m truly embarrassed, not only for myself and my family, but for people who have put their trust in me, people I care for.”
Graziano, 59, of the 300 block of Candlewood Road in Broomall, was charged in December 2024 with filing a false, fraudulent or incomplete insurance claim, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, all third-degree felonies.
