Pakistan’s Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, met Bangladesh’s Chief Advisor, Professor Muhammad Yunus, in Dhaka on Saturday amid discussions on trade, defence, and regional security.
The meeting took place at the State Guest House Jamuna, where both sides reportedly explored areas for greater economic and strategic cooperation. Officials said the talks covered bilateral trade, investment opportunities, and the possibility of expanding defence collaboration.
