U.S. President Donald Trump has said he does not "need" to facilitate a peace agreement between Pakistan and Afghanistan, but that he had "no doubt" the current conflict between the warring neighbors would be resolved soon with U.S. help.
"I heard that Pakistan and Afghanistan have started up, but I'll get that solved very quickly," Trump said as he spoke during the signing of a peace deal between Thailand and Cambodia in Malaysia on Sunday.
