A teenager armed with a 'bladed article' threatened youth in a Warwickshire park, community police have said. There was an attempted robbery in Moorfield Road in Alcester, close to the tennis courts.
"(A) male has approached a younger person and has demanded he handed over a push scooter," the neighbourhood police team explained. "The offender was holding a bladed article by his side."
But he did not get the scooter and left the area. Fortunately no-one was injured in the incident at around 6pm on Friday night (October 24).
Now police are trying to find the suspect, who has been described as being around 16-years-old, white and around 5ft 4ins tall. He was is of a large build and was wearing a black jumper and black trousers.
