Bijou Phillips is making a big move on behalf of her daughter.

The Almost Famous star—who is mom to Fianna Francis Masterson , 11, with ex Danny Masterson —has filed a petition to legally change her daughter’s name, according to court documents obtained by E! News Oct. 25.

In the filing, the 45-year-old asked that Fianna’s name be changed to Fianna Francis Phillips , replacing the That ‘70s Show alum’s last name with her own while he serves a sentence of 30 years to life in prison for two counts of rape .

E! News has reached out to reps for Phillips and Masterson for comment but has not heard back.
