Vancouver police are looking for a suspect who assaulted a woman while she was jogging in southeast Vancouver on Sunday morning.
The incident occurred around 7:16 a.m. in a tree-lined residential neighborhood just north of State Route 14, said the Vancouver Police Department. The woman reported that a male on a bicycle approached her from behind, grabbed her genital area and pushed her to the ground, causing her to hit her head.
The victim told police she fought off her attacker during a struggle on the ground. The suspect then fled the scene on his bicycle. The victim suffered a bump on her head but no other serious physical injuries.
