Laredo will remove anti-border-wall street mural after Abbott threatens to pull funding

The South Texas border town of Laredo will cover up a 5-year-old anti-border wall street mural after Gov. Greg Abbott threatened to withhold $1.6 billion in Texas Department of Transportation funds from the city because of it.
