Kishtwar, Oct 29 (Kalash Nath): A 5-member high-level team from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, and Airport Authority of India (AAI) visited Kishtwar today. The team, as part of a two-day visit, is evaluating the proposal for developing an airport at Kishtwar under the UDAN scheme.
During the visit to Halipade, Kishtwar, the team was accompanied by ADC Kishtwar Pawan Kotwal and other revenue employees. They inspected the areas earmarked for the potential airport development. Several locals who could be impacted by the airport development also met with the team.
Following their return to Delhi, the team will submit a report to higher authorities. Based on this report, a further roadmap
