Georgia football junior defensive lineman Jordan Hall grew up an Alabama fan.

As a Jacksonville, Fla., native and now a Georgia Bulldog player, he didn't know whether or not to share that in Tuesday's press conference, laughing a little as he said it. But the Georgia-Florida rivalry, which spans back to 1915, didn't mean much to him growing up.

It didn't impact him until high school, when he attended Westside, and they had to play "Thursday night lights" to assure there was enough security in the area ahead of and during the game at EverBank Stadium.

"Tailgating is crazy," Hall said.

Hall will be returning home on Saturday, Nov. 1, for the annual game, and he couldn't be more excited.

"It's an opportunity of a lifetime that I'm blessed to be part of," Hall said.
