New Delhi [India], October 29 (ANI): Hailing Mahagathbandhan 's Bihar elections manifesto, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge termed it as a reason for "social justice" and "upliftment" of people in the state.

Kharge noted that the reservation limit will increase, and the extremely backward classes will receive respect, following the implementation of Mahagathbandhan 's manifesto.
