The victim, after he was shot, dragged himself nude 75 feet across a floor while he was bleeding to death, according to the Connecticut Supreme Court.

The victim was shot six times in a stairwell at the Charles F. Greene Homes housing complex in Bridgeport in October 2017, and paramedics were unable to revive him, according to the court.

“There was a trail of blood beginning on the second story landing, continuing down the stairs and across the basement floor and ending outside the basement door where the victim died,” the court wrote. “The police found eight spent .45 caliber TulAmmo brand shell casings scattered on the third story landing and the steps ascending to the landing between the third and fourth stories.”

Police also found the victim’s clothes.
