There’s been plenty of buzz online about the cast of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 158th film. The big-ticket project will be directed by Bobby, who earlier teamed up with the star for Waltair Veerayya.

Among the many rumours doing the rounds, one claimed that Malavika Mohanan had been roped in for a key role. However, the actress cleared the air, saying she isn’t part of the film, tentatively called Mega158. She explained that while she would love to share the screen with Chiranjeevi at some point in her career, the reports about her involvement in this project are untrue.

Malavika is currently busy with The Raja Saab, which stars Prabhas and is directed by Maruthi. The horror film is scheduled to release on January 9, 2026, in multiple Indian languages.
