New Delhi: Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday launched the Bihar election campaign with a joint rally with RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. Attacking the NDA government, Rahul said that PM Modi remained quite when questioned on caste census because BJP is against social justice.

Sharing the stage with Mahagathbandhan’s CM candidate Tejashwi Yadav, Rahul Gandhi addressed the rally in Muzaffarpur. Gandhi said that when the people of Bihar can build almost all cities of India and across including Dubai, why cant they develop their own state.
