The trade deadline arrives on Tuesday at 4 p.m., and the big question around here is just how active the Jets and new general manager Darren Mougey will be.

It is going to be interesting to see how the Jets handle this. They are 1-7 and are not going to end their playoff drought this season. So, the thought might be to trade away some assets, particularly those on expiring contracts, to add draft picks with an eye toward 2026 and beyond.
